The new K2 Apartments has a large, fully-equipped fitness center looking out onto its pool deck. There are showers, lockers and steam and massage rooms adjacent to the fitness center. There’s also a basketball court and yoga studio opposite one of the resident lounges.
If you’re one of the people who only venture into a fitness center for structured activity or a way to meet your fellow residents, K2 has you covered with a year-round schedule of classes. May’s activities included twice-weekly yoga lessons with Ali and cardio training with Tony.
K2 is a short walk from the French Market at Metra’s Ogilvie Transportation Center. This Saturday, May 24, you can sample craft beer from scores of vendors at the West Loop Craft Beer Fest on Clinton St, just outside the French Market. Stop by K2 to see what’s brewing at its studio to 3-bedroom apartments before heading to the Beer Fest.
K2’s on-site leasing office will be open Memorial Day weekend on Saturday from 10 to 6 and Sunday from 11 to 6 at 365 N Halsted St in the Fulton River District.
