Five left at Ravenswood rehab The Juliana

Add this 18-unit condo conversion to the list of new developments that have joined Jameson Real Estate’s flock in the past month or so. According to Jameson agent Christine Sato, the brokerage assumed sales of The Juliana, which is located at 4838 – 4842 N Ashland Ave in Ravenswood, at the end of 2008, and at that time there were 6 available homes in the building.

Since then, The Juliana’s developer has lowered the prices by $10,000 to $12,000 per unit, Sato says, and one more unit has gone under contract. Sato says renovations in the building involved installing new hardwood flooring and 42-inch kitchen cabinets. All of the homes have washer / dryer hookups and private outdoor space, Sato says. The building is close to the Ravenswood Metra station, and it’s a short walk to Andersonville.

The five remaining homes all have two bedrooms and one bath, and they’re priced from the from the $220s to the $230s.
