Here, you’ve gotta spend at least $220,000, which will get you this bombed-out, boarded-up two-flat at 2521 N Ashland Ave, right the edge of Wrightwood Park. Coldwell Banker’s Anthony Nasca calls it a “diamond in the rough,” but this is Lincoln Park — shouldn’t it be the other way around?
