Nestled next to the ‘Edge is Flats of Armitage, a conversion project from Concorde Development. The building, located at 3031 W Armitage Ave, has 15 gut-rehabbed condos with two or three bedrooms priced from the $230s to the $320s and ground-floor retail space.
