Floor plans and pricing are now available at the website for The Scott Residences, 211 W Scott St in Old Town.
The 71-unit building was in the midst of window installation when I stopped by mid-day yesterday. The website is touting fall 2014 occupancy for convertible to 3-bedroom apartments.
Convertibles rent from $1,963 a month, 1-bedrooms from $2,240, 2-bedrooms from $4,084 and 3-bedrooms from $5,580.
