Following Francesca: Reintroducing the John Hancock Center’s residences

by Sponsored post on 10/4/09

We’ve shown you a sample of Joe’s videos with Prudential Rubloff agent and Streeterville expert Francesca Rose already, but let’s go back to where they started: the iconic John Hancock Center at 875 N Michigan Ave. The Hancock, with its approximately 700 homes and position near the top of the Magnificent Mile, “is a universe in itself” and “the view building in Streeterville,” Francesca says.

In the video above, Francesca and Joe start on the ground floor and make their way up to the 44th-floor lobby to take in the views to the south and east. Below, Joe and Francesca tour the Hancock’s hospitality rooms and check out the northern view.

Francesca is the newest participant in our Chicago Real Estate Experts program, designed to introduce consumers to agents who have genuine expertise in a neighborhood and meet a series of objective criteria.

Ah, that it explains it, I wondered why the Hancock Center was under a ‘new homes’ tag. I like the idea of branching out and including people with expertise in other areas.

SheridanB:

Getting more voices on our site and branching out beyond our old definition of “new homes” are two of our big goals right now. It would be overwhelming to cover resales on a unit-by-unit basis, but we do want to revisit developments and report on resale and renting trends, and to remind our readers what many of these “established” buildings offer.
