Only four single-family homes, including a furnished model remain for sale at the Residences of Bradley Place, a 36-unit development on the Northwest Side by Centrum Development.
The homes, which have five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and around 4,600 square feet, are base priced from the $880s to about $1.2 million.
“All the homes at Bradley Place are built on oversized lots with three-car garages. It’s a big draw for people,” said sales manager Felisa Davis. “Another attraction is that it’s a family-oriented community of only 36 residences, so it’s a quiet setting, close to the park and in an excellent school district, the Alexander Graham Bell elementary school.”
Sales for the Residences of Bradley Place are being conducted from the Ambria model home, at 2455 W. Grace.
