Four units left at 1821 North Hermitage

Two of the six units in this gut rehab in Bucktown have sold, and the remaining four condos include one-bedrooms and one-bedrooms with office units.

According to an assistant at Robert John Anderson’s Baird & Warner office, these units have been listed for about a year, and they’re ready for immediate deliveries. The building is located at 1821 N Hermitage Ave, just a few doors north of the elevated Bloomingdale Line.

The project’s Web site has floor plans for the four remaining units, and it says that two of the units face Hermitage Street and two are located in the back. Unit 1W has a private terrace, and the two rear units have balconies with 10 square feet each.

There are only two deeded parking spots left for the four units, and those sell for $17,000 apiece. Price points on the condos range from the $270s to the $290s.
