Fourteen new rowhomes starting under $1M in Lincoln Park

by sponsored post on 8/1/12

Foundations are in the ground at Montana Row in the 1500 block of West Montana St in Lincoln Park. When complete, the development will include 14 new, 3,200 square foot rowhomes with exceptional 25′ wide floor plans on 3 floors. Prices start under $1M.

I stopped at the project following a broker’s open house and chatted briefly with the Belgravia Group‘s Michael Hampton.

The homes have 4 bedrooms plus an office and family room, 4 full baths, 2 powder rooms, 1,000 square foot back yards and 2 car garages. These attached rowhomes are, for all practical purposes, single-family homes on full 25 x 124 foot lots.

Just a block-and-a-half from Montana Row is Wrightwood Park, one of the liveliest, most popular, most family-friendly neighborhood parks in the city. The park boasts a pool, playground areas, basketball courts, a running track, a baseball diamond, shaded areas and a field house. It’s typically crowded with young kids.

Montana Row’s developer, the Belgravia Group, has completed a number of significant luxury home projects in the immediate area over a more than 20-year time span.
