Last month I attended an open house at Superior 110 in which several new models opened for touring for the very first time. Most of the attention was directed toward this home, a three-bedroom condo on the northern half of the River North high-rise’s 22nd floor. The 2,500 square-foot home was listed for $1.38 million, down from an original price of almost $1.7 million.
Just a handful of Superior 110’s two- and three-bedroom homes are still for sale, at prices ranging from the $560s to $1.45 million, with parking included with every unit.
