Going for the groceries at Lakeview’s new Halsted Flats

by sponsored post on 8/14/14

Residents in some parts of Lakeview have an inconvenient slog or a traffic-clogged drive to the nearest grocery store. Residents at Halsted Flats, the new luxury apartment tower at 3740 N Halsted, have a variety of options conveniently close by.

Whole Foods is a short block south of the building at Halsted and Waveland, and a Walmart Express, which has a pharmacy in-store, is two short blocks away on Broadway.

Jewel-Osco and Treasure Island also have stores nearby, and there’s a 7-Eleven around the corner on Broadway.

If you’re one of the people who shudder at the thought of dining in, you might make an exception when you see the social scene around the grills on Halsted Flats’ sprawling pool deck.

Halsted Flats is offering a limited-time $99 special ($60 application fee; $39 admin fee) and a waiver of utility charges for a year.

Floor plans and near real-time availability information for Halsted Flats’ convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments can be accessed online.
