In what should be good news for renters, the number of vacant units in a number of Gold Coast apartment buildings has increased over the past few months.
Buildings that had only one or two vacant apartments several months ago now have a dozen, and buildings that had no vacancies are now advertising half a dozen.

The most recent offer was for $500 off the first month’s rent on a 2-bedroom, 2-bath renting for $2,465 at 1133 N Dearborn and an additional $100 discount for scheduling an appointment online.
