Grand Bend – in a close-in suburb with an urban quality

by sponsored post on 6/20/11

Evanston is a lot of different things to different people, which is why the community is so diverse, what with the largest population of any town on the North Shore, a Big Ten university, a short drive to the city’s North side and downtown areas and of course, Lake Michigan.

Grand Bend at Green Bay, Evanston, ILGrand Bend at Green Bay is in the heart of Evanston where buyers wanting to get a foothold in this vibrant community may find that it is well within their budget (video). You’re walking distance from a lively downtown area, the lake, and the historic neighborhoods and architecture that puts Evanston in a class of its own.

Take a look at Grand Bend’s Evanston video playlist.

Northwestern, while a very good school, is not an Ivy League university.

Thanks. Don’t know how that slipped in.

It’s pretty bizarre to refer to NWU as Ivy League.
