This morning, I checked the Walk Scores for Lake View studios and one-bedrooms listed on the MLS at $1,000 or less. These two homes scored highest in combined Walk Score and Transit Score:

A freshly painted unit with a “spacious” living area, “ample” closet space, baseboard heating, and wall- / window-unit air conditioning. No security deposit. Parking available for $170 per month (uncovered) or $180 per month (covered).
