We’ve told you all about Centrum Properties‘ Lofts at Lakeview Collection, but we just got our hands on a better rendering of the building, which wraps around nearly an entire block at the intersection of Ashland and Belmont avenues. The development is replacing a LaSalle Bank branch that sits on the site now, but, as you can see in the rendering, LaSalle will be anchoring the northern corner of the two-story retail base.
The 131-unit Lakeview Collection has one- and two-bedroom condos priced from the $300s to the $550s, and the sales center, at 3126 N Ashland Ave, is scheduled to open at the end of March. .
