Anyone notice the 26-story concrete skeleton lurking in Streeterville? Contractors at most high-rises elect to apply windows to lower floors as they’re still pouring concrete higher up, but we couldn’t spot a bit of glass yet at 550 St. Clair. We know architect Brininstool + Lynch designed the building to emphasize those strong concrete columns, but c’mon, guys, we’re anxious to see some shiny stuff break up that gray frame. The Sutherland Pearsall development is about 85 percent sold, and remaining condos range from the $320s to $1.8 million.
