In case you missed it, Catalyst rolled out its sleek, angular new Web site earlier this week. Marketing points, according to the PDF brochure, include toned abs and puppies.
The 22-story high-rise planned for 123 N Sangamon St features more than 50 floor plans (studios through three-bedroom homes) in five different tiers. There’s a spa on the top floor (an interesting touch, to be sure) and a Walgreens planned for the street level.
The tower is a partnership between Urban R2 (the same developer who brought us 600 North Fairbanks in Streeterville) and Lucien Lagrange, the architect behind a number of under-development projects around Chicago.
I’m expecting an updated price list this afternoon from Catalyst’s marketing team, but until then, browse the site to get a better feel for the West Loop’s newest high-rise.
