Homebuilder Lennar is offering buyers $10,000 off the base-price of condos at its 17-story development, Library Tower, at State Street and Congress Parkway. To qualify for the discount, buyers must secure mortgages with Lennar’s preferred lender, Universal American Mortgage Company.
With the discount, one-bedroom units are priced from $238,900 to $257,900, two-bedroom condos range from $377,900 to $472,900, and three-bedroom homes are from $570,900 to $611,900. Penthouses are priced from $670,900 to $870,900. Features include granite countertops, GE stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The building has a 24-hour doorman, a fitness room, a business center and a rooftop deck.
