Another great day for construction photos – this time of Superior 110, a 27-story luxury high-rise at 110 W Superior St in River North.
It’s been about four months since Yo last checked on the construction progress here, and during that time JFJ Development Co.‘s contractors have completed the parking deck and moved on to the residential floors.
YoChicago has been expecting late summer deliveries at Superior 110, but the banner on the building instead puts the move-ins at fall 2008. It’s not a huge change – and indeed, it may end up just be a matter of weeks for buyers – but it’s worth noting for this check-in.
In February, price ranges were unchanged from what Yo reported last summer ($510s to $1.6 million).
