While shooting video in the West Loop on Friday, I stopped by R+D659, Mesirow Financial Real Estate‘s 237-unit condo development at 659 W Randolph St and took a few photos. Despite appearances, construction on the building isn’t finished yet. Deliveries began last month, but the building won’t be completely finished until March, says Dominic Adducci, Mesirow’s managing director of real estate.
The 15-story high-rise was designed by Brininstool & Lynch, and first move-ins started in December. We hope to tour the building and check out a furnished model later this month.
