High style, budget prices at sold-out Ukrainian Village condos

by sponsored post on 2/10/14

The six new 2- and 3-bedroom condos at 742 N Western in Ukrainian Village sold out pre-completion. That’s been the typical pattern for developments by Noah Properties.

Noah Properties‘ developments have a number of features in common: high-style finishes, large windows, showplace kitchens and baths, an all-inclusive features package, and very competitive pricing.

The units at 742 N Western were priced from the mid-$270s to the high-$360s. The homes included hardwood floors, fireplaces, a luxury master bath, washer / dryers, garage parking and a shared garage deck.

The kitchen had a combination of rough-veneer cabinets, Bosch appliances and quartz countertops that are typically seen only in homes priced above $1M.
