We were greeted at the door by a boy and his sister - they couldn't have been more than 9 years old. He proceeded to show us around the illegal conversion, which was being rented as a two flat. Funny thing is that I had talked to the agent before and he didn't say that the kid would be showing us the house. Funny thing is also that he didn't say that house may as well be leveled and that 300k was way too much. Funny thing is, I think this place is still on the market.
