It seems that every new development I read about has a full range of goodies: granite, hardwood, stainless, 42-inch cabinets, flat-screens, etc.
But then I look at the floor plans and often can’t find the goodies that really matter: closet and wall space, decent sized vanities, adequate room sizes …
