Tomacor’s Tom Corbett has been a consistent advocate for his clients for decades — often at the expense of his relationships with real estate agents.
Last week Joe and I sat with Tom at Nookie’s on Wells for a chat about some of the issues client-oriented home inspectors face in Chicago. One common problem, according to Corbett, is agents interfering with his access to a condo development’s common areas. That generally happens, in Corbett’s experience, when there are problems that agents would rather not see discovered.
