Tony and Ron had lived in 7 or 8 single-family homes but, when their jobs brought them to Chicago, they opted for a more urban experience.
The first place Tony looked at in his house hunt was the vintage condos at 433 W Briar, in Lake View. It became the benchmark against which he and Ron measured other units they considered, and the place they eventually decided to call home.
I visited Tony and Ron earlier today in their beautifully decorated home, to chat about their decision and their experience with the previous developer and the new ownership, an affiliate of the Belgravia Group.
