As Mark and I continue our walk up Lincoln Avenue in Lincoln Square, we pass the final minutes of a farmers market next to the Brown Line’s Western Avenue station and check out Fountain View, one of the larger new condominium developments under construction in the neighborhood. (Mark got a sales and retail update on Fountain View from the project’s developers on Thursday, after we had shot this footage.)
