As I wrote in March, Senco Properties is pretty proud of the new model it has put together for EcoLogic Lofts, its new project at 2023 W Fullerton Ave in Bucktown. Today we received a few pictures of the model from the developer, and we hope to spend some time there ourselves within the next couple of weeks.
John Robert Wiltgen Design put together the 1,226 square-foot “green museum,” as it’s now called, using as many recycled and repurposed materials as possible. Wiltgen’s design team scoured thrift stores and even went dumpster diving to find furniture and decorations for EcoLogic’s model.
EcoLogic’s 94 one- and two-bedroom homes range from 690 to 1,335 square feet, with prices starting in the low $200s. FitzGerald Associates Architects designed the seven-story building, and Property Consultants Realty is handling marketing and sales.
Deliveries should begin in fall 2009.
