Approximately 40 of Emerald’s 212 condominiums were still for sale at the beginning of this week, according to developer Bill Senne. Following my visit to Emerald’s lobby and common areas on Tuesday, I went up to the ninth floor of the development’s south tower to take a look at one of the building’s homes. In this video, sales consultant Patrick Hawkins shows me around an east-facing one-bedroom priced in the $390s (parking included).

$390? Really? Even with parking. I think this one will be for sale for quite awhile.
let’s say parking is 30k, so the unit is 360K for 900 sq ft is $400 per sq ft……..
it’s a huge premium for a skyline view. the “den” is in an awkward spot, too.
