You can’t get a much more awkward name for a development than Sheffield Condo Living, but the vintage courtyard building at 3808 N Sheffield Ave is a handsome one whatever it’s called. Lyonhart Group, the company behind such South Loop loft projects as 18th Street Lofts, Cosmopolitan Lofts and Locomobile Lofts, is converting the building into 31 simplex and duplex condos ranging from studio to three-bedroom units.
