Two hard-working guys were passing out flyers for a new laundromat Sunday when I stopped to shoot some video at the Morse Avenue El stop.
I screwed up the sound, so substituted a voice-over. Avenue’s message: the police need to do a better job around here. One of his criticisms is that there are far too many police around, a number of them undercover.
