Keeping residents happy at Echelon at K Station Apartments

Apartment hunters are drawn to Echelon, a luxury high-rise in the Fulton River District, by the convenience of its location, the building’s amenities package and the skyline and city views.

Residents become attached to life at Echelon by the boutique ambiance fostered by an attentive and service-oriented staff. When something in their apartment needs attention a call to the concierge desk results in a prompt response from Tim (pictured), or one of the other maintenance staff. Tim is recently married. He has two dogs of his own and has a comfort level with the four-legged residents of the pet-friendly building.

An ongoing series of on- and off-site social, learning and fitness events enable residents to meet each other informally. Grabbing an occasional free breakfast in the lobby or purchasing dinner in the lobby from a local restaurant are just a few of the benefits that build the sense of community at Echelon.

Jewel-Osco, DIVVY bikes and a Chase branch are directly across the street from Echelon. Fulton River Park is next door. Dozens of restaurants and bars are a short walk away in the West Loop, Fulton River District, River North and River West.

Echelon is a short distance from the Blue Line stop at Grand Ave for travel to the Loop, Oak Park and O’Hare, and the Pink and Green Line stop at Clinton for travel to the Medical District, IIT and Oak Park. Reverse commuters have a short walk to Metra’s Ogilvie Transportation Center.

All of the building’s studio and 2-bedroom apartments are rented. Currently available 1-bedrooms start at $1,726 a month.
