Condos aren’t the only things filling the high-rises headed up in River North. The Habitat Company is renting studio to two-bedroom luxury apartments at Kingsbury Plaza, under construction at 520 N Kingsbury St. Apartment finishes include floor-to-ceiling windows, granite countertops, maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances and private balconies. The building also has a fitness center, outdoor pool, rooftop terrace with barbeque grills, party room, cyber cafe and 24-hour door staff. Studios, which range from 496 to 516 square feet, are priced from $1,096. Convertible floor plans have just over 600 square feet and start at $1,195. One-bedroom apartments have 867 to 986 square feet and start at $1,691, and two-bedrooms with 1,210 to 1,332 square feet are priced from $2,602. Rents include all utilities except electricity and Internet service. There’s a $400 fee to reserve an apartment during construction.
