Lakeview’s Halsted Flats is renting rapidly

by sponsored post on 3/26/14

Halsted Flats, 3740 N Halsted St, has reached the point where everything seems to be happening at warp speed.

The first residents moved into the new high-rise just a few days ago and the building’s convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are nearly 40% leased.

The lobby was completed and staffed 24/7 just ahead of the first move-ins. The spacious multi-purpose room, which includes a bar, a large screen TV, a gas fireplace and multiple seating areas, is complete.

When the last few tables arrive in a few days the large demonstration kitchen will be complete.

The fitness room is open, and waiting on the balance of its equipment. The landscaped outdoor pool deck, which has a hot tub and gas grills, will open when the weather allows.

“Our leasing pace has been torrid,” reports manager Jacob Schumaker, “but we do have a good selection of apartments available for immediate occupancy. People have been excited to see new apartments in Lakeview in a full-amenity building after a decades-long drought of new construction.”

Halsted Flats‘ leasing office is now open on-site, and the furnished model apartments will be open beginning tomorrow.
