The perfectly-framed view of Buckingham Fountain came as a surprise to Lauren and Matt when they moved into the Chicago Loop penthouse they’d bought pre-construction 3 years earlier.
Lauren and Matt decided on the 3-bedroom, 3-bath 45th floor penthouse in part because of its high ceilings and exposed concrete “European loft” aesthetic, in part based on Matt’s experience in buying at a previous CMK development.
They coped with the challenging real estate market by renting rather than selling Matt’s previous residence at 630 N Franklin.
