To snark again;
If it’s a “chance of a lifetime”, but “another building like this will not be built in a generation or more”, couldn’t I wait 20-25 years and have a second chance in my lifetime?
And, I might even be able to afford something there by the time I’m in my 50s.

Sorry, Marci, but you’ve read this wrong.

Joe Askins accurately, I believe, quoted your magazine’s write-up. He was simply poking fun at its ambiguity, not suggesting that the development was the magazine’s choice.

Sorry, Joseph, you got it wrong. This award was actually voted on by Chicagoland agents in Chicago Agent magazine’s fourth annual Agents’ Choice Awards – 2009. We survey thousands of residential agents asking them for their favorite choices in a number of categories.
