I recently shot video with Nicholas Apostal of Coldwell Banker’s Apostal Group at two Lincoln Park townhomes, both of which held open houses this past Sunday. Both of the homes are within the Lincoln Elementary School attendance boundaries.
More than 60 buyers turned out to tour a completely updated 3-4 bedroom, 3-bath townhome at 1623 N Vine priced in the mid-$500s. More than 40 buyers visited the open house for 2039-C N Lincoln, a 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath home priced just under $800K.
Nicholas and I paused outside 3440 N Lake Shore Dr this morning to chat about the buyer activity.
