Lobby shot is our first peek inside 757 Orleans

We still haven’t gotten a good look inside The Gammonley Group’s 757 Orleans @ Chicago, but Joe Zekas visited the building at the beginning of this week and brought back a snapshot of the building’s newly finished lobby. Gammonley is still a couple weeks out from having furnished models ready for viewing, but we’re keeping track of progress at our neighbor to the north, located at 757 N Orleans St, and we’ll let you know as soon as we land a tour.

The studios and one- to three-bedrooms in the 22-story high-rise were priced from the $240s to $700s at last check.
