Looking at a Lincoln Park foreclosure

by Joseph Askins on 6/29/09

On our Friday drive to the Lincoln Park, we made a quick stop by the corner of Wisconsin Street and Lincoln Park West, where Metropolitan Development (developer of the Rainbo Village condominiums in Uptown) had planned to build five single-family homes priced from $2.9 to $4.8 million. Crain’s reported in April that the Lincoln Park West Collection was in foreclosure.

Of the two homes that actually got built, one, a six-bedroom / 5.5-bath located at 1901 N Lincoln Park West, is still listed for $3.65 million.
