Here’s some video footage of Joe Zekas’ interview with Mesa Development principal Jim Hanson, which we conducted on the 71st floor of the Legacy at Millennium Park. Hanson says that his development and sales team was fortunate to sell the majority of Legacy’s 356 condos before construction on the building was completed.
Hanson says that “a little bit of everything” is still available in the building, because none of the tiers are completely sold out, although about 90 percent of the homes are currently under contract. Closings are set to begin in September.
