Luxe on Madison, 1222 W Madison, is slating mid-January 2016 occupancy for its westward expansion and offering special deals on currently available apartments.
A 2-bedroom is available for November occupancy with a month’s free rent on a 17-month lease. A 1-bedroom for November occupancy comes with a $1,000 rent credit on the first month of a 17-month lease. Studios in the new building will rent from $1,650 a month, and 1-bedrooms from $2,000.
All new renters receive a month’s free parking.
The apartments feature kitchens with teak cabinets and stainless appliances, hardwood floors, private balconies, and large living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Luxe on Madison has a first-floor resident lounge with computer workstations, a business conference room, a media room and a fitness room.
Luxe is a short walk from Randolph Street’s restaurant row, on a stretch of Madison lined with neighborhood bars and restaurants.
Bus service to the Loop, the United Center and the Medical District is available just outside the building.
