2000 N. Lincoln Park West 60% sold

NVG Residential, Inc. the company Nicholas V. Gouletas left American Invsco to start, has declared its first major project a resounding success, and if Dec. 13 is any indication, the claim is no exaggeration. That was when NVG closed 90 units in a single day at its new 2000 N. Lincoln Park West condo conversion. Since then, the project has reached 60 percent sold, according to Gouletas. (more…)
