Making progress on a full-floor home at Superior 110

by sponsored post on 12/9/10

Last month Greg Eldridge of @properties and Joe Zekas visited two half-floor units on the 23rd floor of Superior 110 in River North before the beginning of their conversion to a single full-floor unit.

This week Joe returned to find construction underway. Here, Greg Eldridge walk Joe around the space, pointing out where walls, baths and a kitchen once were, and talking about the changes that are being made and the few constraints that prevail. They pause periodically to look out on the stunning views the new owner will enjoy from the 4,600 square-foot unit.

The seventh and 25th floors are still available for conversion to full-floor homes for $2.7 to $2.8 million.

Check back in January to see a home that’s nearing completion.
