- Detached units: $154,900 ($211,500 for traditional sales, $75,000 for short sales and foreclosures)
Average sale price, April 4 – 10:
- Attached units: $375,793 ($413,811 for traditional sales, $156,629 for short sales and foreclosures)
- Detached units: $228,326 ($339,452 for traditional sales, $127,077 for short sales and foreclosures)
