Market watch: Condos and single-family homes in DePaul / Sheffield

DePaul students on Kenmore Avenue, Chicago

The DePaul / Sheffield area of Lincoln Park isn’t teeming with new construction homes right now, but if you’re determined to find a brand new condo or single-family home there, you have a few options. Every one I found was no more than three blocks south of DePaul University and within a four-block radius of both the Fullerton and Armitage Brown Line stations. Some are just a quick walk away from DePaul / Sheffield’s Trebes Park, while others are close to Oz Park, which sits just outside the neighborhood’s eastern boundary.
