More from Aqua's penthouse floor

by Joseph Askins on 8/5/09

As fun as it was to climb up onto Aqua’s roof, the high guardrails tended to obstruct our views. After a few minutes, we followed our guides from Magellan Development and Loewenberg Architects back down to the 81st floor, where we could step out onto the building’s wavy balconies and see the city the way penthouse buyers will. Here, project manager Todd Wendell shows Joe Zekas around the penthouse level and its expansive outdoor spaces.

In case you missed it, Joe also talked to Magellan marketing director Tricia Van Horn about Aqua’s last unsold penthouse, which is listed at almost $2 million.
