More incentives at Kennedy Estates

Kennedy Estates Kennedy Estates

Only one unit has been sold since we posted a video tour of the Kennedy Estates Condominiums development in Jefferson Park back in December, and we just received word from Barbara Buchel that Jameson Realty Group is offering a number of incentives.

Buyers of any condo in the building will receive one year of paid assessments and a three percent credit at closing, which Buchel estimates will together amount to somewhere in the ballpark of $10,000. But that’s not all: A parking spot in the building’s underground lot, which was originally selling for $25,000, is also being thrown in for free.

With its spacious layouts and special features (elevator, exercise room, roof deck), this development always looked impressive, but it also seemed very out of place in Jefferson Park. Bushel points to the development’s proximity to Blue Line and Metra stations and the large 5 by 15-foot storage rooms in the basement as some of the development’s best assets.

All of the units in Kennedy Estates are two bedrooms, and price points range from the $320s to the $420s.
