Looks pretty plain and dark…What is the asking price for these units, and is there a percentage sold number out there?
I feel like this development/ conversion missed the boat by 2 years. Bet they go unsold for a while.

Yep. Cheaper than running condensate lines through to the roof.

To address the lighting comment and update the current sales pace…first, please understand that photography carries many variables. While YoChicago makes every attempt to demonstrate the home as it is, aperture, time of day, weather, and many other things play into the result of lighting in a picture.
Two, the community is actually beating the submarket’s traffic and sales pace. We do not report reservations (we actually don’t take reservations) nor do we report gross sales, only net sales. We are 52% sold with over 13 closings in the last two weeks.
If you want to come in and view the homes to get a better sense of light and space, please feel free to do so. The Sales Center, which is now located in the building is open daily from 10AM-6pm.
