As you can tell from all these panoramas, I spent some time at Provence Development’s Astoria Tower Residences & Spa this weekend. The tower, located at 8 E 9th St in the South Loop, still has a lot of work ahead of it — several of the upper floors aren’t even studded out yet — but it’s far enough along for its Coldwell Banker sales team to start holding open houses on the weekends. It’ll be another month before we’ll see a finished, furnished model, but several of its junior one-bedrooms are built out and appear ready for delivery.
One-bedrooms have 565 to 993 square feet and are priced from the $230s to $410s, and two-bedrooms with two or three baths and 1,063 to 1,803 square feet are priced from the $390s to $1.49 million.
