The following is from a real estate agent e-mail just forwarded to me:
I just wanted to alert you that any of our realtors have deals at any of the Museum Park properties they may want to let their attorneys know that as of today, the Museum Park Sales Center is officially closed as 1211 S Prairie, One Museum Park West will be handed over to the bank as of November 1, 2011. I am being told that 1901 S Calumet may also be included in this foreclosure though 1629 S Prairie is not affected… All MP signage has been pulled from the South Loop as well including all of CBRB [Coldwell Banker] marketing.

I have also talked to Alderman Fioretti’s office about this and he confirmed it as well.
