Name the nabe of the forgotten footwear

No one took a stab at last week’s nabe (it was Wicker Park, by the way), so let’s go back to something a little less difficult. In which neighborhood could you leave your running sneaks untended between this pair of bronzed boots? Be the first to correctly name the nabe and win yourself a YoChicago yo-yo.
